Exchange and Return Policy

At Conestillo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept exchanges and returns up to 30 days after delivery of the product. The conditions are:

• Items must be in their original packaging, with no signs of use.
• The customer will assume the return shipping costs.
• To request an exchange or return, please email conestillolatienda@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange/return.
• After the analysis, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
